CrossFit Concept Prices

Personal Training

30 min.  @ $35 per session
50 min.  @ $55 per session

Good for beginners or someone coming back from a layoff. The goal is graduate to the CrossFit classes after 3-6 sessions. Also great for individuals who want to focus extra time on of the ten general physical skills.



Massage Therapy

CrossFit Members Massage Fee:

30 min. @ $35
60 min. @ $55 per session

Non-CrossFit Member Fee
30 min. @ $45
60 min. @ $65 per session

Massage has two sides: mechanical and reflexive. Mechanical Massage can help maintain and improve soft tissue quality. Muscles, facsia and tendon health are important for optimal wellness and performance. Reflexive Massage can help induce parasympathetic dominance. This will help your recovery from physical and mental stress. I combine the two to get the best possible outcome for my clients. I like to layer different modalities such as Sport, Neuromuscular, Myofacsial Release, Trigger point Therapy, Positional Release and Swedish Massage in one session.



CrossFit Group Classes (50 min.)


* Drop in fee - $20
* 3 times per week -  $125 per month
* Unlimited training - $175 per month

CrossFit is a strength and conditioning program that relies on constantly varied, functional movements performed at high intensity. The goal is to become proficient in all 10 general physical skills. These are cardiovascular/respiratory endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, weightlifting, power, speed, coordination, agility, balance, and accuracy. We use different elements such as weightlifting, calisthenics, running, rowing, etc. for our programming.
